What do I need to be able to use the product?

For you to use the product, you would need the following:

EnableSMS PC Suite software
USB modem (Globe Tattoo, Smart Bro, or Sun Broadband)
SIM card (Globe, Smart, or Sun)
Computer or laptop with:

at least 1 GB of RAM
at least 1 GB of free hard disk space
running on either Windows XP SP2, Windows Vista, or Windows 7
with available USB slot

Where/How can I purchase the EnableSMS PC Suite software?

You can get buy a copy and license of the software by:

We would then get in touch with you by either phone or email.
Pay for the product through our bank. Account information will be provided by phone or email.

An additional fee will be charged for shipping. The fee amount is dependent on where the product will be delivered.

After confirmation of your payment, we will have the installation DVD delivered to you within 2-3 days (Metro Manila only) along with the official receipt.

For locations outside of Metro Manila, delivery schedule depends on the courier.
We can also send you the link where you can download the installation files.

How much does EnableSMS PC Suite software cost?

The product costs Php 6,500 only. This is a one-time payment for the software license so you will not be charged monthly or annually afterwards for using the software.

Does the Php 6,500 software price includes the USB modem and/or the SIM card?

NO. The Php 6,500 software price does not include the USB modem and the SIM card. You have to buy them separately. It would be an advantage to have the warranties of these products under your name so as to make use of it immediately when neccessary.

Where can I buy the USB modem and the SIM card?

Is the software supported in Mac OS or Linux?

NO. EnableSMS PC Suite software will not work on Mac OS or Linux.

Licensing, Warranty, & Support

How does the EnableSMS PC Suite software licensing work?

The product price of Php 6,500.00 is for one (1) software license only. Each software license is locked to a USB modem. So, if you need to use 3 USB modems, you need to purchase 3 licenses.

Do I need 3 computers if I need to use 3 USB modems?

NO. One installation of EnableSMS PC Suite software supports multiple software licenses. BUT, you cannot use more than 1 USB modem simultaneously on 1 computer.

Can I install and use EnableSMS PC Suite software in more than 1 computer?

YES. You can install your software licenses in multiple computers. BUT, you would need to use the USB modems registered with the licenses you purchased.

Do you provide warranty for the product?

YES. We provide one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase which includes free software updates for enhancements or bug fixes.

If the USB modem is defective, will you replace the software license?

YES. A one-time replacement of the software license for defective USB modems is free of charge when it is reported within the warranty period. When the USB modem gets defective or was reported defective after the the warranty period, a replacement fee of Php 2,500.00 will be charged for each license that will be replaced. Under warranty or not, the defective USB modem needs to be surrendered for us to be able to reset the software license.

I lost the USB modem, will you replace the software license?

YES. A replacement fee of Php 2,500.00 per license will be charged if you reported a lost the USB modem within the warranty period. Reported lost USB modems after the warranty period will still be replaced for a fee equivalent to the full price of a software license.

Do you provide technical support if any problems arise?

YES. We provide one (1) year email support from the date of purchase.

Network Services & Limitations

How much is the charge per SMS message?

Standard network (Globe, Sun, or Smart) SMS message charges apply.

Can I take advantage of the telephone companies' promos?

YES. You can use promos being provided by the networks Globe, Smart, and Sun.

Do you provide phone numbers?

NO. We do not provide phone numbers. You would need to use your own mobile phone numbers' database.

Can we use the 3-digit, 4-digit, or alphanumeric short codes?

NO. Only telecommunication companies can do that.

What is the speed of sending SMS messages using EnableSMS PC Suite software?

Speed is dependent on the USB modem's signal strength which we cannot guarantee. EnableSMS PC Suite software uses a SIM card which is the same GSM technology used by cellular or mobile phones.***

Can I use different SIM cards with 1 USB modem?

YES you can. BUT, it needs to be of the same network for it to work. This is a limitation of the USB modem and not of the software.
